Patiala: Punjab Cabinet Minister Balbir Singh visited Abchal Nagar in Patiala and listened to the civic problems being faced by local residents. During the interaction, the minister assured people that their concerns would be addressed on priority and necessary steps would be taken to improve basic facilities in the area.
