Pushp Mahotsav 2026 in Bhopal showcases 2,000 cut flowers, 5,000 potted plants, and promotes horticulture under CM Dr. Mohan Yadav.
The Pushp Mahotsav is set to be held on January 30, 2026, at Gulab Garden, situated in the heart of the state capital, with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav as the chief guest. The festival will showcase a spectacular collection of over 2,000 cut flowers and more than 5,000 potted plants, allowing Bhopal residents to enjoy the fragrance and beauty of a wide variety of blooms.
A preparatory meeting for the event was chaired by Shri Arvind Dubey, Garden Commissioner (Horticulture and Food Processing), and attended by Shri Sushil Prakash, President of the National Rose Society of India, Shri Garde, President of the Madhya Pradesh Rose Society, along with other members and departmental officials.

The State Government is designating 2026 as the “Year of Agriculture,” according to Commissioner Shri Dubey. The great Pushp Mahotsav is being planned as part of this program. More than 5,000 potted plants and 2,000 cut flowers from the state’s other main districts—Indore, Ujjain, Narmadapuram, Pachmarhi, Guna, and Gwalior, among others—will be on display in addition to Bhopal.
The general public will be able to purchase nursery items and flower kiosks set up by farmers from different districts throughout the event.
