CM Dr. Mohan Yadav meets global and domestic investors at MP Tech Growth Conclave 2.0, promoting GCC, EV, drone, AI, semiconductor & film tech investments.
During the MP Tech Growth Conclave 2.0, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met one-on-one with representatives of numerous domestic and foreign businesses. Establishing technology centers, creating industrial clusters, fostering innovation-based projects, and promoting investment opportunities were the objectives of the talks.
Investment, land distribution, policy incentives, and training facilities in industries such IT, drones, aircraft, semiconductors, defense, EV manufacturing, film technology, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) were the main topics of the one-on-one meetings.
Additionally, Major General Gautam Mahajan, Brigadier M.S. Randhawa, Brigadier Deepak Puri, Colonel Manojit Sinha, and Lieutenant Colonel Arijit Chandra Sen were among the senior Indian Army officers whom Chief Minister Dr. Yadav spoke with. In celebration, the State Government and the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaborative research and development in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber security. Through this partnership, Madhya Pradesh will be positioned as a pioneer in technical innovation and defense and civilian technological cooperation would be strengthened.
The creation of a new “GCC Hub” in Madhya Pradesh was discussed by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and Shri Vikram Ahuja, co-founder and managing director of ANSR Global. Site selection, office infrastructure, capital investment, training and recruitment incentives, and support under the GCC policy and incentive framework were among the topics discussed at the meeting.

In addition, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav met with Dr. Subbarao Pavuluri, the founder of Ananth Technologies Ltd., to talk about infrastructure development, land distribution, investment facilitation, and the creation of a military cluster. Additionally, he spoke with Vena India’s director and co-director, respectively, Shri Gautam Yadav and Shri Parth Sen Gupta. According to the representatives, the business already has a GCC in Indore. Future growth in cities like Bhopal and Indore, as well as incentives under the Madhya Pradesh Global Capability Policy 2025, were the main topics of discussion.
In order to discuss the plan to establish a PCB manufacturing unit at EMC-2 in Bindauri (Bhopal), Chief Minister Dr. Yadav met with Shri Anil Gyanchand Bhansali, Director of Emerald Infraspaces Ltd. Discussion topics included potential for the state’s semiconductor industry to flourish, exclusions in land distribution, and incentives under the MP Semiconductor Policy 2025.
The company plans to engage in two significant projects in the state: an EV bus and truck production facility and a packaging and testing unit, according to Dr. Srinivas Anant, CEO of Thomson Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd. Land distribution, environmental support, energy and water supply, logistical facilities, and benefits under central programs such PM E-Drive, FAME, and PLI were also topics of discussion.
A global drone and robotics cluster with training, testing, and research facilities would be established in Madhya Pradesh, according to Shri Hanumant Rao Gaikwad, Chairman and Managing Director of BVG India Ltd. Land, infrastructure, PLI advantages, and regulatory assistance under the MP Drone Policy 2025 were all topics of discussion.

According to Shri Vishal Dakolia, Center Head of RWS Moravia India Pvt. Ltd., the business has finished building its GCC facility in Indore and now intends to grow even further.
The establishment of a state-based manufacturing facility for contemporary film and shooting equipment was suggested by Syed Javed Ali of Light N Light Group. The Film Tourism Policy’s incentives, GST and stamp duty exemptions, power discounts, and the one-window clearance process were among the topics of discussion.
The director of Solugenix, Shri Chandra Kothapu, was consulted regarding expansion opportunities and investment incentives in Bhopal and Indore. Shri Daivish Jain and Dr. Manoj Deshpande, representatives of Soaring Aerotech Pvt. Ltd., talked about the Drone Cluster’s land allotment, the Startup Policy, the Drone Policy 2025, and skill-development partnerships with nearby colleges. Additionally, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav spoke with CliniSupplies Ltd.’s Director, Ms. Prita Baheti, and Operations Head, Shri Abhishek Srivastava.
The one-on-one conversations have increased investor excitement and trust in Madhya Pradesh. The state government is still dedicated to offering strong infrastructure, open processes, and laws that are favorable to business.
