According to the official order issued by the Medical Education Department, the stipend for junior doctors has been revised based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 2.94%. The revised Junior Doctors Stipend Hike 2026 details are as follows:
- PG First Year: Increased from ₹75,444 to ₹77,662
- PG Second Year: Increased from ₹77,764 to ₹80,050
- PG Third Year: Increased from ₹80,086 to ₹82,441
- Interns: Increased from ₹13,928 to ₹14,337
- Super Specialty (1st, 2nd, 3rd Year): ₹82,441
- Senior Resident: Increased from ₹88,210 to ₹90,803
- Junior Resident: ₹63,324
The revised stipend structure ensures that all junior doctors studying and serving in government medical colleges across Madhya Pradesh will directly benefit from this initiative.
