CM Dr. Mohan Yadav praises Rotary Club Jabalpur’s humanitarian work at Rotary International Awards, honoring Arun Kant Agrawal and Sandeep Jain.

The welfare of society inevitably follows when our acts are in line with righteousness, according to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, who remarked that the Almighty has given us this body to carry out good deeds. He hailed the Rotary Club as genuinely inspirational for its unwavering dedication in this regard and for directing society toward high ideals.

On Sunday, CM Dr. Yadav spoke at the Rotary International Awards Ceremony in Sanskardhani, Jabalpur. Arun Kant Agrawal and Sandeep Jain, who were awarded the Rotary International Award, were recognized by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav during the occasion. The Chief Minister was also granted honorary membership in the Rotary Club on this occasion.

The Chief Minister claimed that Jabalpur receives supernatural blessings from the holy River Narmada, which rises in Amarkantak and empties into the ocean. Jabalpur’s reputation as the city of culture and values, Sanskardhani, is a result of this divine favor. CM Dr. Yadav stated that the dark stone of Jabalpur turns into gleaming marble with the blessing of Maa Narmada, a phenomenon exclusive to this area. According to him, Sanskardhani Jabalpur has produced numerous honorable sons and daughters as a result of these blessings, who have selflessly served society and elevated the city’s profile internationally through the Rotary movement. He stated that Arun Kant Agrawal and Sandeep Jain, the prize winners, have demonstrated an exceptional and profoundly inspirational dedication and service attitude.

The highest religion is service to humanity.

In line with the Rotary idea of service, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav declared that the government is dedicated to public welfare with a spirit of social responsibility. Rotary International has shown the ageless principle that “Service to humanity is service to God” via its activities for more than 120 years. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated Rotary Club Jabalpur on winning the District Excellence Award and said he was confident the organization will keep moving forward in the humanitarian service sector with the same fervor and commitment.

Rotary’s Altruistic Work Makes Jabalpur Proud

The Rotary Club has been carrying out a number of community projects with the utmost altruism, according to Public Works Minister Shri Rakesh Singh. The recognition of two Jabalpur Rotarians at the international level is a source of immense pride for the city.

The recipient of the “Service above Self Award” is Rotarian Arun Kant Agrawal. This honor was given to just 118 Rotarians worldwide. Sandeep Jain, a non-Rotarian, also received the Global Award for Excellence in Service to Humanity, which this year was given to just 39 people worldwide. According to the minister, the fact that two Sanskardhani Jabalpur social contributors have been recognized internationally is a source of great pleasure.

Members of the Rotary family, Rajya Sabha MP Shri Vivek Tankha, Smt. Sumitra Valmiki, Dr. Jitendra Jamdar, the program coordinator, MLAs Shri Akhilesh Pandey, Santosh Varkade, and Akhilesh Jain, and others graced the ceremony.
