Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini meets Sirsa child murder victim’s family, assures swift justice, police arrest suspects, and financial aid provided.
The victim’s relatives met with Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini in Chandigarh to discuss the suspected murder of a little girl in the Sirsa district’s village of Rampura Bishnoian. They urged that the perpetrators face harsh punishment. In order to guarantee prompt justice, the Chief Minister promised the family that every support would be provided and that the issue would be handled expeditiously. Additionally, he ordered the family to get urgent financial aid.
It should be mentioned that on December 16, 2025, at approximately 5:00 p.m., a three-year-old child vanished from her house in the Sirsa district’s Rampura Bishnoian village. At approximately 8:30 p.m. that same evening, the family reported her missing to the Goriwala police station.
Following receipt of the information, the police took prompt action. The boy was seen riding a motorcycle with a neighbor and his nephew on CCTV footage taken from cameras placed close to the victim’s home. Ten police teams were assembled and sent out to look for both suspects because of the gravity of the situation.

One of the accused was arrested early the following day. The child’s body was discovered in the Nuiyanwali Minor canal during the search. Following that, a board of physicians consisting of two gynecologists, one forensic specialist, and one medical officer performed a post-mortem examination at the Civil Hospital in Dabwali in accordance with protocol.
As a minor, the second accused has also been taken into custody and, in compliance with the law, placed in an observation home.
Viscera and other samples were gathered throughout the investigation and forwarded to the FSL for forensic analysis. Additionally, the accused’s samples were taken and sent to the FSL for forensic matching.
The issue is still being investigated further, and all legal and scientific protocols are being carefully adhered to.
