CM Nayab Singh Saini and BJP leaders hold rallies in Bihar to boost NDA’s chances, focusing on migrant voters from Haryana before the first polling phase.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and other BJP leaders are prepared to improve the NDA’s chances with a series of rallies and public gatherings as the campaign moves into its last leg in poll-bound Bihar.

The saffron party is making every effort to win over voters, particularly those who work in Haryana and have votes in Bihar, as the first round of polling is scheduled on November 6 and the campaign period ends on November 4.

“To campaign in Bihar, we have sent 54 senior figures, including ministers and top party officials. There are already more than 25 of them in the state. Bihari voters are giving us a lot of support. On the basis of its development program, the NDA would retake power in Bihar, BJP state chief Mohan Lal Badoli told The Tribune.

According to a senior party leader, Saini will return to the Bihar campaign trail next week while the poll schedule for other senior leaders, such as union and state ministers, is being finalized. The party leaders are also closely “tracking” the thousands of Bihari migrants who work in Haryana and vote in Bihar.

Along with MLAs and former ministers, top leaders have already camped out in Bihar, including Union minister Krishan Pal Gurjar, state ministers Vipul Goyal, Rao Narbir Singh, Krishan Kumar Bedi, Gaurav Gautam, and Rajesh Nagar.

According to sources, the party leadership has already contacted migrants who are employed in at least 12 Haryana districts, including Faridabad, Gurugram, Ambala, Hisar, Jhajjar, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panchkula, Panipat, Rewari, Sonepat, and Yamunanagar, over a period of many months.

In an attempt to win over voters, Bihar Diwas was celebrated throughout the state on March 23 of this year, marking the beginning of the extensive outreach. According to insiders, the outreach would come to an end on October 28th, Chhath Puja, when large-scale celebrations backed by the BJP would be planned throughout the state.
