State-Level Youth Festival 2025 in Haryana showcases talent, innovation, and opportunities for young individuals across sports, arts, and entrepreneurship.
Haryana Development and Panchayat Minister, Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar, stated that under the stewardship of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, Haryana is experiencing remarkable progress across all sectors. He stated that the youth of the state are instilling confidence in Haryana through their diligent efforts and unwavering dedication across all sectors. He stated that the females of Haryana are equally deserving and are bringing honor to the state through their achievements in securing medals at national and international competitions. He stated that the reputation of Haryana is currently expanding not only within India but also globally.
The Development and Panchayat Minister delivered the keynote address at the three-day State-Level Youth Festival organized at Panchkula by the Department of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. On this occasion, Minister for Sports, Youth Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship, Sh. Gaurav Gautam, was also in attendance.
He stated that India possesses the largest adolescent population of any country in the world, which constitutes its greatest asset. Just as the youth shaped the destiny of India during the freedom movement, today’s youth can play a pivotal role in constructing a developed India by 2047 through skill development, innovation, technology, athletics, arts, and entrepreneurship.
He further stated that the “double engine” administration at the central and state levels has initiated numerous welfare schemes aimed at the comprehensive development of youth. Initiatives including Startup India, Digital India, Skill India, Fit India, and Khelo India are serving a vital role in establishing new platforms and opportunities for youth. Under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana’, hundreds of thousands of young individuals are undergoing training in contemporary skills to facilitate employment-oriented education and enhance their livelihoods.
Earlier, the Development and Panchayat Minister, Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar, inspected the kiosks and exhibitions organized by various departments and commended their efforts. On this occasion, he also published a book titled “Yuva Samvad.”
On this occasion, the Minister for Sports, Youth Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship, Sh. Gaurav Gautam, while addressing the assembly, expressed his deep gratitude for the opportunity to be among the youth at this State Youth Festival. He stated that the Youth Festival is a cultural convergence and is being organized to coincide with the birth anniversary of the eminent saint, philosopher, and nation-builder Swami Vivekananda.
He stated that Swami Vivekananda held the belief that youth possesses an inexhaustible source of energy. If a youthful individual demonstrates resolve, they possess the capacity to alter the trajectory of history.
