Haryana announces Good Governance Awards for 2024–25; employees can apply online till Dec 13. Winners will receive trophies, certificates, and cash rewards.

On the occasion of Good Governance Day, December 25, 2025, the Haryana government plans to present Good Governance Awards to staff members who have performed admirable or creative work connected to good governance in the years 2024 and 2025.

All eligible employees (regular or contractual), with the exception of administrative secretaries, heads of department, and AIS officers, may apply through their respective heads of office, heads of department, or administrative secretaries until December 13, 2025, according to a letter issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi. These individuals will select and nominate the projects, schemes, and programs for the award through the online portal (“haryanagoodgovernanceawards.haryana.gov.in”).

The Administrative Secretaries are responsible for uploading the State Flagship Awards. All employees are welcome to submit their entries for the State Awards, which will be presented at the State level, and the District-level Awards, which will be presented at the District level for each district.

The Department may suggest an individual or employees for many schemes within their departments.

The letter goes on to say that the relevant “Empowered Committee” will review and assess the applications and nominations received before deciding on the winners.

Each winner will get a trophy, a certificate of achievement signed by the chief secretary, and a monetary payment.
