Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana has issued strict instructions to ensure the smooth and transparent supply of fertilizers for Kharif crops across the state. The government aims to prevent any shortage and guarantee timely availability for farmers during the sowing season.
The fertilizer distribution system has been reinforced to improve monitoring, streamline supply chains, and ensure fair allocation across all districts of Haryana.
Fertilizer Distribution System to Operate Through PACS and HAFED
As part of the new arrangement, 60 percent of fertilizers will be routed through PACS via HAFED to enhance efficiency and transparency. The fertilizer distribution system is being structured to ensure that farmers receive adequate and timely supply without disruption.

The minister emphasized that the fertilizer distribution system will be closely monitored at every level to prevent delays and irregularities.
Strict Action Against Hoarding and Negligence
Shyam Singh Rana warned that strict legal action will be taken against individuals involved in hoarding or black marketing of fertilizers. He also directed officials to remain fully alert in implementing the fertilizer distribution system effectively.
