New Delhi: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini shared on X that he chaired the India-Africa partnership meeting in the national capital along with senior Union ministers. The meeting was held in the presence of Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Minister of State Shripad Yesso Naik.
The India-Africa partnership meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between India and African nations, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Key discussions were held on power transmission, renewable energy, and expanding modern infrastructure to support sustainable development.
Highlighting the importance of energy, Nayab Saini emphasised that it is a crucial component in achieving the vision of “Viksit Bharat–Viksit Haryana.” He noted that collaborative efforts in the energy sector can significantly contribute to economic growth and long-term sustainability.
During the India-Africa partnership meeting, leaders explored opportunities for joint initiatives in renewable energy projects and improving electricity transmission networks. The discussions also aimed at enhancing technical exchange and boosting investment in infrastructure development.
