Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi stated that all Performance Appraisal Reports (PARs) must be filed through the state’s intranet portal http://intrahry.gov.in and finalised by December 31, 2026.

According to the official circular, Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and heads of boards and corporations have been directed to ensure strict compliance with the online filing of Haryana Civil Service PAR 2025–26. The system aims to streamline the appraisal process and improve accountability among officers.

Officers can access the portal using their Payee Code and registered mobile number on the HRMS portal. Authentication will be carried out via OTPs, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), or by uploading scanned signatures. This ensures secure and verifiable submission of the Haryana Civil Service PAR 2025–26.
