Haryana CM Nayab Saini met a 35-member Danish delegation to discuss investment and collaboration in agriculture, dairy, and animal husbandry sectors.

CM Nayab Saini hosted a 35-member team from the Danish Farmers Abroad Association of Denmark at his home in Sant Kabir Kutir. Representatives from twenty different companies were part of the group. Shyam Singh Rana, Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, was also in attendance.

Both parties had in-depth talks on possible collaboration in the fields of agriculture, dairy development, animal husbandry, and other related fields during the meeting. The Danish delegation indicated a keen interest in making these kinds of investments in Haryana.

The chief minister welcomed the group and stated that the Haryana government is already working with Denmark on a number of projects aimed at improving production in the state’s agriculture and animal husbandry industries and advancing technology.

He explained that a group of forward-thinking Haryana farmers, headed by Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana, had previously been to a number of African nations to research their best practices, agricultural systems, and technologies. According to him, farmers in Haryana may work with investors from Denmark and Africa to advance the development of dairy, agricultural, and animal husbandry.

According to the Chief Minister, the state government offers investors a favorable climate by making it simple to conduct business through open regulations and a strategy that is supportive of the sector. Haryana is now a popular place to invest as a result.

He added that Haryana is fostering business-to-business collaborations with Denmark and African nations in order to facilitate the sharing of cutting-edge resources, knowledge, and technology, which will provide the state’s industrial and agricultural development a fresh outlook. He restated that the Haryana government is actively enticing foreign investors to investigate potential in the state as part of its “Go Global” strategy.

The Chief Minister urged the team to benefit from Haryana’s investment-friendly environment and promised them the full collaboration and assistance of the administration. The group told the Chief Minister at the meeting that it had been to different locations in Haryana to see regional methods of farming and raising animals.

Senior officials in attendance included Director General of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department Dr. Prem, Advisor Department of Foreign Cooperation Pawan Chaudhary, Commissioner and Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department Vijay Dahiya, and Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Rajesh Khullar.
