Gujarat: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Gujarat leader Yogesh Jadvani has raised serious allegations regarding repeated paper leak incidents in Gujarat and at the national level, claiming a pattern of irregularities in competitive examinations.
In a statement shared on AAP Gujarat’s official social media platform X, Jadvani alleged that during the last 10 years of BJP rule in Gujarat, there have been 34 reported paper leak incidents in Gujarat, raising concerns over the integrity of the examination system in the state.
Allegations of Gujarat Paper Leak Cases
According to Jadvani, the issue of Gujarat paper leak incidents reflects a systemic failure in maintaining examination security and transparency. He further claimed that similar concerns have also been observed at the central level during the BJP-led government’s tenure.

He alleged that there have been four paper leak incidents at the national level, which he linked to broader concerns about examination governance and recruitment processes.
NEET Exam Paper Leak Allegation
The AAP leader also pointed to a recent controversy involving the NEET examination, alleging that a NEET paper leak incident occurred during the BJP government’s tenure. He stated that such incidents have caused distress among students and raised questions about the credibility of major national entrance exams.
The issue of Gujarat paper leak incidents and the alleged NEET irregularities, according to him, highlight the urgent need for a stronger and more transparent examination system.
Demand for Accountability and Reform
Jadvani called for strict accountability and reforms in the examination system to prevent further leaks. He emphasized that repeated Gujarat paper leak incidents damage the trust of students and parents who rely on fair competitive exams for their future.
He urged authorities to implement stricter monitoring mechanisms and ensure that recruitment and entrance examinations remain fair, transparent, and leak-proof.
