AAP pays tribute to Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary, honoring his legacy as a global propagator of Indian culture and youth inspiration.

On the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) paid heartfelt tribute to the world-renowned sage, the propagator of Indian culture, and an eternal source of inspiration for the youth.

In a statement, the party highlighted Swami Vivekananda’s pivotal role in spreading India’s rich cultural heritage globally and inspiring generations to embrace values of discipline, courage, and social responsibility. The AAP extended “crores and crores of salutations” to the epoch-making spiritual leader, emphasizing the relevance of his teachings in today’s world.

Swami Vivekananda, born Narendranath Datta in 1863, founded the Ramakrishna Mission and is remembered worldwide for his iconic speech at the 1893 World Parliament of Religions in Chicago, where he introduced the world to India’s philosophical depth and spiritual wisdom.
