Ahmedabad/Narmada/Bharuch/Surendranagar/Botad, Gujarat: AAP MLA from Dediapada, Chaitar Vasava, reacted to the resignation of farmer leader Rajubhai Karpada from all positions in the Aam Aadmi Party. Vasava said he had tried to contact Karpada but has not been able to reach him yet.
Chaitar Vasava praised Karpada as a strong and resilient leader who fought tirelessly for farmers’ rights and justice. “During the movement in Haddad to abolish the Botad Kadda system, he spent over 100 days in jail,” he said, highlighting Karpada’s dedication and sacrifices.

Chaitar Vasava Points to BJP Tactics Behind Rajubhai Karpada’s Resignation
The AAP legislator accused the BJP government of attempting to intimidate opposition leaders and weaken movements through pressure tactics. He suggested that such methods may have contributed to Karpada’s decision to resign.

Chaitar Vasava reaffirmed that AAP continues to fight for farmers and the general public across Gujarat. “Securing justice for the people of Gujarat is our primary duty. As party workers, we will always fight for the public interest,” he stated.
