The issue of attack on AAP Panchayat members in Gujarat has sparked strong political reactions after Aam Aadmi Party MLA Chaitar Vasava alleged that 12 party representatives were targeted during a violent incident in Dahod district’s Dhanpur Taluka Panchayat area.
Highlighting the seriousness of the attack on AAP Panchayat members , Chaitar Vasava said that the elected representatives were on their way to attend a general meeting for the appointment of Taluka Panchayat president and vice president when their vehicles were allegedly stopped and attacked. He claimed that the incident involved firing, stone-pelting, and the use of traditional weapons, though all members managed to escape safely.

According to Vasava, the attack on AAP Panchayat members in Gujarat reflects a serious threat to democratic values and local self-governance. He added that some members sustained injuries and multiple vehicles were damaged during the attack.
