Gujarat – The AAP Gujarat youth protest has highlighted the ongoing challenges faced by the party’s activists in the state. According to Brijraj Solanki, Youth President of AAP Gujarat, whenever the Aam Aadmi Party organizes a meeting or program, the BJP allegedly misuses administrative powers to block the event and intimidate AAP workers.
Recently, the AAP Gujarat youth protest took a strong stand against the illegal drug trade in Gujarat. While party leaders were heading to a meeting in Surat, they were reportedly detained for several hours, allegedly under political pressure. Solanki emphasized that these actions are attempts to suppress citizen engagement and grassroots activism.
