Aam Aadmi Party leaders in Gujarat held a detailed AAP Gujarat press conference after participating in a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) meeting on the proposed “One Nation One Election” framework in Gandhinagar. During the briefing, party leaders outlined their concerns and objections regarding the proposal.
At the AAP Gujarat press conference, Gujarat AAP president Isudan Gadhvi said that conducting simultaneous elections for Lok Sabha, state assemblies, and local bodies would be highly complex and impractical. Further speaking at the AAP Gujarat press conference, leaders suggested alternative national initiatives such as “One Nation One Education,” “One Nation One Health,” and “One Nation One Justice,” focusing on governance reforms instead of changing the electoral system.
