Bihar Police offers online complaints for workplace sexual harassment through the Ministry’s SHe-Box portal, ensuring privacy, ease, and tracking.

Bihar Police has made the process for submitting online complaints against sexual harassment of women at work available on the SHe-Box portal. The complainant needs to sign in to the portal and complete the necessary information. The Ministry of Women and Child Development runs SHe-Box portal.

To make it easier and more private to report sexual harassment at work, the Bihar Police have made the entire complaint procedure available online via the Union Ministry of Women and Child Development’s “SHe-Box” portal.

Officials have shared detailed guidelines on social media to help women make complaints from the comfort of their own homes without having to go to police offices or stations. Logging on to the SHe-Box website, choosing the “Register Your Complaint” option, clicking “Proceed,” and then selecting “Register Complaint” are the steps required to file a complaint.

It is necessary for complainants to select the appropriate sector, whether it be the private sector, State Government offices, or the Central Government, then fill out the necessary information and submit the form. Following submission, the complaint is forwarded to the relevant authorities for additional action.

Women working in the public and private sectors, both organized and unorganized, can record and track complaints of sexual harassment at work through the Ministry of Women and Child Development’s SHe-Box portal.
