“Just hours before living his biggest dream, Anshul Kamboj nearly walked away from the game forever”

India’s Young fast bowler Anshul Kamboj, who made his test debut on the fourth test match against England has shared an emotional story, he almost quit cricket just hours before tha game.
Kamboj, 24, from Haryana, was added to the squad after injuries ruled out key players. But self-doubt has taken over, on the morning of the match, he called his childhood coach Satish Rana, and said he was losing confidence
His coach gave him a simple message, “Trust your hard work and leave the rest to God”. That call helped Kamboj stay focused. He went to make his international debut and received cap no.318
Kamboj journey hasn’t been easy, he once missed under-19 World Cup due to injury and even thought of leaving the game. But he kept pushing performing well in domestic cricket and making a mark in the IPL with Chennai Super Kings.
