The update comes as part of the ongoing process following the cancellation of the earlier exam.
The NEET UG 2026 refund process has officially begun through the dedicated portal on the official website neet.nta.nic.in, where candidates must log in and enter valid bank account details to receive their refund.

Under the NEET UG 2026 refund process, candidates who paid the examination fee for the earlier session will not be required to pay again for the re-examination. The NTA has already clarified that no additional fee will be charged for the fresh exam.
