Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has officially acknowledged their relationship and their highly private wedding, following months of will-they-won’t-they and giving glimpses of director Raj Nidimoru on her Instagram feed.
When Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru posted the first images from their private wedding to social media, they formally announced their relationship on Instagram.
Rumored to have been dating since 2024, the couple tied the knot on Monday morning at the Linga Bhairavi Temple in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, which is owned by the Isha Foundation.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu posted the image on Instagram with the straightforward statement, “01.12.2025,” which is the day of her wedding to Raj Nidimoru.

The couple chose a straightforward style for their wedding. Wearing a red silk saree, Samantha Ruth Prabhu accessorized it with traditional gold jewelry and kept her hair in a tidy bun. Raj Nidimoru wore a beige Nehru jacket over a white kurta and churidaar pyjamas.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru were married in a Bhuta Shuddhi Vivaha ceremony on Monday morning at the Linga Bhairavi Devi temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, according to a statement released by the Isha Foundation.

According to the foundation’s statement, the couple’s close family and friends attended the little ceremony.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru collaborated on Citadel: Honey Bunny and The Family Man season two on Prime Video, with her acting and Nidimoru directing.
Raj Nidimoru is co-creator and producer of Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming Netflix series, Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom.
Raj Nidimoru was married to Shhyamali De from 2015 to 2022, while Samantha Ruth Prabhu was married to her frequent co-star Naga Chaitanya from 2017 till their divorce in 2021.
