Parineeti stated that mental wellness and meditation are now extremely important to her. Parineeti stated a tendency that many individuals have of not using their phones in the morning. He stated that most individuals start their mornings by checking their phones, but they believe it is dangerous. “The worst habit is to start scrolling down their phones as soon as they wake up. This causes your thinking to become practically numb. And your entire day may be awful.” She stated that she did not touch the phone after waking up. Instead, she allows herself some quiet time. “If you wake up in the morning and ignore your phone, get bored for an hour, sit, listen to music, go to nature and listen to the sounds of birds, it helps you stay calm,” according to him.
