Choreographer Denies Involvement in Muchhal Cheating Allegations
Music composer Palash Muchhal encountered significant public scrutiny after unverified allegations of infidelity with a wedding choreographer emerged, following the cancellation of his marriage to cricketer Smriti Mandhana.
Rumors, predominantly prevalent on social media, indicated that Muchhal was associated with one of the choreographers from the wedding team, with names such as Nandika Dwivedi and Gulnaaz being mentioned.
This controversy introduced an additional degree of upheaval to the couple’s already challenging circumstances following the postponement of the wedding due to a family medical emergency.
In response to the widely circulated allegations, choreographer Nandika Dwivedi issued a firm statement, categorically denying any involvement in destabilizing the couple’s relationship. She characterized the allegations as unfounded and profoundly distressing, indicating that the online harassment had resulted in threats and emotional suffering.
Muchhal, in his statement affirming the conclusion of the engagement, also dismissed the allegations as “baseless” and warned of legal action against individuals disseminating defamatory information.
