After receiving hundreds of daily refund requests, an employee spoke out. Earlier, BluSmart suspended services after SEBI banned co-founder Anmol Singh Jaggi from the market.
BluSmart, an electric transportation service that ceased operations earlier this year, abruptly accused its founders of forgery and advised its customers not to anticipate refunds. The company disclosed in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that employees had not received their salaries for the previous four months. It also stated that requesting refunds through social media messaging was futile. Netizens were immediately captivated by the post, as the majority of them were taken aback. Some of the users even inferred that the post was composed by an employee who was not compensated.
“All, the BluSmart company has been closed since February 2025. The fraud has been perpetrated by the founders. You should not anticipate receiving a refund for the money in your pocketbook. Even the personnel have not received their four-month salary. Messages on social media are of no use,” BlueSmart stated in its post. In a matter of hours, the post went viral on the social media platform, garnering over four thousand views.

What was the response of the internet community?
According to the netizens, one of the employees elected to disclose the truth after “receiving hundreds of refund requests on a daily basis.” One of the social media users stated, “It appears that someone from the social media team with the necessary credentials tweeted this in frustration over not receiving their four-month salary.” Another individual emphasized that it is impossible to lose an employment when one does not possess one.
