Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar inaugurated the Valmiki Auditorium and Guest House by unveiling the foundation stone and cutting the ribbon at Valmiki Nagar.

The Chief Minister on 27TH june garlanded the statue of Maharishi Valmiki ji installed in the Valmiki Auditorium and Guest House complex and paid homage to him. The Chief Minister also planted saplings in the courtyard of Valmiki Auditorium and guest house.

After the inauguration, the Chief Minister inspected the Valmiki Auditorium and guest house. During this, the Chief Minister inspected the meeting room, lift lobby, multi-purpose hall etc. and took detailed information from the Secretary of Building Construction Department, Shri Kumar Ravi. While instructing the officials, the Chief Minister said that they should take special care to ensure that the maintenance of Valmiki Auditorium and Guest House is done properly as it has been constructed very beautifully

STRUCTURE OF THE AIRPORT AND GUEST HOUSE

Auditorium and four guest houses with the administrative approval of about Rs 120 crore given by the Irrigation Department on a 27-acre plot on the banks of the gurgling Gandak River and Valmiki Canal. The total built up area of ​​the complex is 16,872 sq.m. The buildings have been constructed as per earthquake zone four and green building standards. The total built up area of ​​the main building i.e. Valmiki Auditorium is 7457 square meters, it has 500 rooms equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for cultural programs, seminars and other important events.

 

AMENETIES IN THE AUDITORIUM.

 

An auditorium of capacity has been constructed. Audio-visual equipment, CCTV cameras and fire fighting equipment based on new technology have also been installed in the auditorium. On the ground floor of Valmiki Auditorium, there is a green room, a VIP room, a restaurant with a capacity of 80 people. A multipurpose hall on the first floor, which has a seating capacity of 132 people, a large meeting room with a capacity of 22, a lounge and a multipurpose hall has also been constructed on the first floor. Modern air conditioning equipment and a lift have also been installed in the auditorium.

 

AMENETIES IN THE GUEST ROOM.

 

Valmiki Nagar has become a hot destination for tourists and wildlife lovers in the last few years. Keeping these things in mind, four guest houses with modern facilities have been constructed for the rest of the tourists and guests coming here, in which 01 very special room, 05 suite rooms, 27 super deluxe, 30 deluxe and 25 normal rooms have been constructed. Has gone. One restaurant and waiting room has also been constructed in each guest house. The total built up area of ​​all four guest houses is 8588 square meters. The complex also has a sewerage treatment plant, water treatment plant, electric substation and generator room.

 

The entire complex of Valmiki Auditorium and Guest House presents a unique example of its beauty and architecture. Special attention has been given to greenery throughout the campus.
