Ahuja’s comments were echoed by Amit Thapar, Chairperson of CII Punjab, who also praised the Chief Minister for fostering an open-door policy with industrialists. “For the first time, senior ministers and bureaucrats are just a phone call away. The government’s proactive approach to addressing industry concerns is setting a new benchmark for governance,” Thapar said. He highlighted that the Chief Minister’s focus on resolving critical issues in both the industrial and social sectors, including health and education, had garnered widespread support from industrialists. “The industrial sector has seen unprecedented support. We are finally receiving the attention and solutions we’ve been seeking for years,” Ahuja added.

Pankaj Sharma, President of the Industry and Trade Association, also emphasized that the government’s commitment to fostering growth was particularly evident in its support for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. “Since the formation of this government, there has been a noticeable surge in the industrial sector’s prosperity, especially within the MSME domain. The government’s hand-holding of this sector has been crucial for its success,” Sharma stated.
