The amount of traffic at Sindhi Camp Bus Stand CMO will decrease.
On the orders of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, Mrs. Shreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary of the Transport and Road Safety Department and Chairperson of the Rajasthan State Bus Terminal Development Authority has directed that all necessary preparations be made to begin bus operations from the Heerapura Bus Terminal on Ajmer Road on August 15.
She also gave the Jaipur City Transport Services Limited (JCTL) authorities instructions to increase the number of city transport routes they offer from different parts of the city to Heerapura.
On Tuesday at the Transport Headquarters, Mrs. Guha presided over a meeting with representatives from the Roadways, Transport Department, Jaipur City Transport Services Limited (JCTL), and Traffic Police. The meeting was focused on the management of the Heerapura Bus Terminal.
She also gave all the stakeholder departments instructions to work on the planned roadmap and make all necessary preliminary preparations in this regard. According to Mrs. Guha, JDA needs to build all the necessary amenities, such as a ticket window, a shade shed, drinking water, and restrooms, in order to facilitate passenger convenience and the timely operation of buses.
