The Haryana government has further strengthened its governance framework to ensure high standards in public infrastructure projects. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the state has placed strong emphasis on the Haryana infrastructure quality monitoring system to improve transparency, accountability, and durability in all civil works.
During a high-level review meeting of the Quality Assurance Authority, the Chief Minister directed officials to develop advanced, high-capacity laboratories dedicated to testing the quality of construction materials and ongoing civil works. He reiterated that the Haryana infrastructure quality monitoring system must be strengthened to eliminate any compromise in development standards.
Strengthening Real-Time Project Monitoring Through Haryana Infrastructure Quality Monitoring System
CM Saini further instructed that all ongoing projects should be inspected on a regular basis, and detailed progress reports must be uploaded promptly on the Haryana Engineering Portal. He emphasized that the Haryana infrastructure quality monitoring system should function as a real-time mechanism to track project quality and execution efficiency.

Highlighting accountability, the Chief Minister stated that responsibility must be fixed at every level of execution. He added that the Haryana infrastructure quality monitoring system will only be effective when strict monitoring and timely reporting become routine practices across departments.

Officials were also directed to ensure that all development works undergo periodic technical evaluation to maintain long-term durability and public trust.
