Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini has directed officials to ensure swift and time-bound disposal of public grievances received under CM Window complaints in Haryana. He reviewed the complaint status with Deputy Commissioners from all districts and emphasized improving the efficiency of the grievance redressal system.
During the review meeting, the Chief Minister instructed that all pending issues under CM Window complaints in Haryana must be resolved on priority, with strict monitoring at the district level. He also ordered the appointment of nodal officers in each district to ensure better coordination and faster resolution.

CM Saini stated that the CM Window complaints in Haryana system is a key governance mechanism for addressing public issues directly, and its effectiveness depends on timely action by administrative officials. He stressed that no negligence or delay in handling grievances will be tolerated.

Reiterating strict directions, the Chief Minister warned that any lapses in handling CM Window complaints in Haryana cases would invite accountability and possible action against responsible officials.
Officials informed that the government is further strengthening the monitoring framework to improve the functioning of CM Window complaints in Haryana and ensure transparent and efficient grievance redressal across the state.
