New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader Praveen Kumar has made strong allegations regarding two separate and sensitive crime cases, questioning the law-and-order situation in the national capital and accusing the ruling party of inaction.

In a social media post, Kumar referred to an alleged gang rape incident on a moving bus, comparing it to past high-profile cases and describing it as a deeply disturbing development. He also cited another alleged case involving the rape of a three-year-old girl by a school manager on her first day at school, raising serious concerns about child safety and institutional accountability.

The Aam Aadmi Party leader alleged that instead of taking strict action against the accused, authorities were shielding those responsible. He further claimed that individuals raising concerns or speaking out on such incidents were being targeted instead of being heard.

Allegations of BJP Inaction and Call for Collective Public Resistance

Kumar also criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party, alleging that it was failing to ensure justice and accountability in these cases. He further stated that the situation required collective public resistance and stronger action from citizens and institutions alike.

He also referred to the involvement of the Lieutenant Governor’s office in law-and-order matters, alleging that complaints and concerns raised in such cases were not being adequately addressed.

The statements come amid ongoing political exchanges over crime and governance in Delhi. However, no official response has been issued by the authorities regarding the specific allegations mentioned in the post.
