Cabinet Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond reviews 3,100 model playgrounds, 500 Panchayat houses, and 1,100 Anganwadi centers in Punjab’s SAS Nagar.

 Vikas Bhawan, SAS Nagar, Cabinet Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Tarunpreet Singh Sond convened a review meeting with the relevant officers regarding the department’s developmental work in order to expeditiously finish all of the projects on schedule.

Tarunpreet Singh Sond examined the progress of 3100 model playgrounds that are currently being built during this review meeting. In addition, he investigated the development of 500 Panchayat houses that were under construction.He also examined the 1100 Anganwadi centers that are now being built. During the discussion, Sond also went over a number of other significant and small ongoing development projects.

Attending the meeting were Chief Engineer Rural Development and Panchayat Karanpal Singh Chahal, Director Rural Development and Panchayat Uma Shankar Gupta, Member Punjab Development Commission Anurag Kundu, Administrative Secretary Rural Development and Panchayat Ajit Balaji Joshi, and Joint Development Commissioner Shena Aggarwal.
