Enhanced wildlife experience in MP as 10 new safari canter buses launched, ensuring comfort and safety for all visitors.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav formally inaugurated 10 new viewing center vehicles on Monday morning, commencing their service from the Madla Gate of Panna National Park. With these new buses, travelers will now have the opportunity to experience a more comfortable and exhilarating jungle safari. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the state’s tourism infrastructure is consistently being enhanced.

The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation has made a notable advancement in improving tourism amenities across several national parks in the state by launching 10 new comfortable viewing canter buses for jungle excursions. Each canter bus has the capacity to accommodate 19 visitors simultaneously. These buses are more elongated and elevated compared to other safari vehicles, offering visitors enhanced viewing opportunities and a more comfortable journey. These buses are regarded as safer options for minors and senior citizens. Their enhanced height and length provide greater space and convenience during travel. For children and elderly individuals, these vehicles will offer a secure and distinctive safari experience. From these buses, travelers will be able to observe wildlife with greater clarity and will also experience an enjoyable and memorable jungle safari.

Park Round Facility for Tourists Without Prior Online Reservation

The operation of ten new viewing center buses will be exceedingly advantageous for tourists. Even in the absence of online reservations, travelers will still have the opportunity to experience a jungle safari. Preliminary booking of online slots frequently resulted in inconvenience, hindering tourists from fully savoring the safari experience even after arriving at the national park. This impediment will now be rectified.

Safari bookings can be made directly at the entrance gates of the national park.

With the introduction of these new canter buses, travelers are now able to reserve their safari directly at the entrance gate of the national park. They will no longer rely solely on online reservations. To participate in a jungle safari using these vehicles, visitors are required to pay an approximate fee of ₹1150 to ₹1450 per individual for each round. These ten new canter vehicles will be deployed in prominent national parks and tourist destinations within the state, including Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Pench, Panna, Parsili (Sidhi), and other protected areas and sites, to enhance visitor convenience.
