AAP MLA Kuldeep Dhaliwal accuses Congress of fear-driven election boycott, hooliganism, and factionalism, promising development-focused politics in Punjab.

Kuldeep Dhaliwal, an MLA and top spokesperson for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab, attacked the Congress harshly, claiming that their decision to boycott the elections was an obvious indication of its fear of losing. According to Dhaliwal, the Congress is the party that has created the history of “oppression” and “betrayal” in Punjabi politics, and they are currently teaching morals.

Dhaliwal urged the Congress to provide even one piece of proof of “oppression” from any part of Amritsar Rural, when speaking to the media during a news conference. The fact is that Congress is afraid of the public and is using the action against its MLA as a pretext.

The Congress’s accusation that any form of force is being utilized during the polls was categorically denied by Dhaliwal. He stated that the Congress will not run in the polls since they believe that action was taken against their MLA, Sargaria. “Where exactly did oppression occur in the areas of Amritsar Rural, Baba Bakala, Jandiala, Majitha, Attari, or Ajnala?” he asked Congress. If anyone has experienced anything like this, they ought to report it. Congress should be embarrassed that it is portraying itself as the victim while engaging in hooliganism.

The AAP spokeswoman blamed the current state of Congress on internal strife and conceit. He claimed that Navjot Kaur Sidhu’s claim that ₹500 crore is needed to become the CM face reveals the inner workings of the Congress. Five individuals, according to Dhaliwal, are roving Punjab posing as Congress chief ministerial representatives. The celebration has been destroyed because of this.

He claimed that Punjab is well aware of the state of the Congress in Tarn Taran. The party has been ruined by factionalism, conceit, and ticket buying and selling. Now, neither the public nor the employees want to support them.

People have not forgotten the Congress’s role in the 1984 Delhi massacre, the attack on the Gurudwaras, and the killing of young people in fictitious police encounters, Dhaliwal remarked, reminding them of the party’s troubled 75-year past. The Congress party is preaching morality lessons now, despite having betrayed the Punjabi people in the largest way.

He further accused the Akali Dal of abusing SGPC by issuing tickets to its workers and their families. According to Dhaliwal, the AAP runs for office on development-related topics and would seek public support based on their work this time around. He stated unequivocally that Punjabis support the AAP’s honesty, truth, and development-oriented politics.
