CM Dr. Mohan Yadav launches 20 eco-friendly Shikara boats at Bada Talab, Bhopal, enhancing water tourism, birdwatching, and local cultural experiences.

On Thursday, December 4th, at 9 AM, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will officially launch the service of 20 brand-new eco-friendly“Shikara Boats” at the Bada Talab Boat Club, adding to the allure of Bhopal, the City of Lakes. Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Shri Narendra Singh Tomar will preside over the occasion, which Assembly members will attend with dignity.

The state’s tourism facilities are constantly being developed under the direction of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, opening up new avenues for the growth of the industry. In addition to giving the state’s water tourism a new national character, this innovative project of running Shikara boats in Bada Talab, which is modeled after the well-known Dal Lake of Kashmir, offers tourists a chance to enjoy peaceful moments in the outdoors.

Giving the state’s water tourism a newfound national and international exposure is the initiative’s main goal. Under Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s vision, Shikara boats are being operated on such a wide scale for the first time in the state. Modern, pollution-free technology was used in the construction of all 20 Shikara boats with environmental preservation in mind. They guarantee the preservation of the lake’s ecology and water purity since they are constructed with fiber-reinforced polyurethane and premium non-reactive materials that do not react chemically with water.

Travelers in Kerala, Bengal, and Assam have praised these Shikara boats, which are produced by globally recognized companies. With these lovely Shikaras, the Bada Talab Boat Club in Bhopal will be prepared to greet visitors.

Because binoculars are available on board, visitors can also take advantage of bird-watching during the Shikara boat tours.
