New Delhi: Meezaan Jafri, who co-starred with Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, Rakul Preet Singh, and his father, Javed Jaaferi, was the breakout star of De De Pyaar De 2. The actor has frequently been compared to Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor since making his Bollywood debut in 2019 with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Malaal. Although Meezaan Jafri acknowledged that the parallels had an impact on him early in his career, his viewpoint has evolved over time. “Those similarities have existed since my debut movie, and at first I found them to be a little upsetting. However, I later realized why I was worried. He claimed that even they were likened to someone when they came out.

“I should be grateful that people are comparing me to two of our country’s best actors,” he continued, calling it a privilege. Both of them teach me so much, and I hope to get there as well.

Meezaan expressed his confidence that the audience will finally acknowledge his uniqueness. “I am aware of my unique personality. It will require some time. It’s a procedure. It is unrealistic to expect someone to fully understand you after just one or two encounters. Therefore, I ignore the hubbub and concentrate on my work,” he stated.

Meezaan Jafri considers his professional journey.

After making his acting debut in 2019, Meezaan reflected on his career and stated that he is certain that in the film industry, longevity is more important than quick success. “I don’t anticipate success right away. It takes twenty to thirty years. I’ve only been doing it for five or six years. To get there, I have a long way to go, a lot more movies to make, and a lot more work to do, but I know I can accomplish it.

He went on to say that he now has a larger platform because to the popularity of De De Pyaar De 2. “It’s my biggest film to date, with the most eyes on me,” he revealed. I am so appreciative that people have truly enjoyed my work.

Meezaan on coming from a family of movie stars

Meezaan claimed that even prior to his debut, he had complied with the standards of the profession. “As soon as I said yes to Sanjay sir, I made a commitment. This is a round-the-clock profession. I apologize, but those performers who say, “I want my privacy,” are mistaken. That is not part of the profession. “Of course, I love it,” he said, adding that he loves every aspect of being a celebrity. I like it. I would be foolish not to anticipate these aspects of the work.

Meezaan claimed that having grown up observing his grandfather and father, Jaaved Jaaferi, work in the field, they had only taught him to be resilient. “No one is supporting me. I don’t have a godfather in the business. My dad has never called or asked someone to take me to the movies. I have and will continue to fight my own fights.

Nonetheless, Meezaan is unambiguous about his goals. “Do you want to be an actor or a star, or a star actor?” he asked us. My goal is to become a famous actress. When my film comes out, I want people to flock to theaters.

He is, nevertheless, getting ready for the long haul. “People will realize that I have proven myself over the past 20 years through my work, behavior, and manner of behaving. I’ll keep working and keeping my head down till then.
