Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered officials to make “world-class arrangements and leave no room for negligence at any level” during a thorough review of the arrangements for the 19th Bharat Scouts and Guides Jamboree, which will take place at the Defence Expo Ground in Vrindavan Colony, Lucknow, from November 23 to 29.

Yogi Adityanath emphasized the need of making sure that all arrangements, including lodging, food, security, sanitary conditions, medical facilities, and internet access, are of the greatest caliber during a tour of the jamboree site.

Eleven fire tenders, a temporary police station, and a 3,500-seat conference hall will provide security and order during the event, which will introduce cadets from all over the nation to Uttar Pradesh’s rich culture and varied food.

After 61 years, Uttar Pradesh is hosting the famous Diamond Jubilee program, which is a momentous occasion for the state.

Thousands of laborers, contractors, and small vendors are given possibilities by this event, which is significantly boosting employment and the local economy in Lucknow.

Preparations are underway for 32,000 attendees and 3,000 workers at the 300-acre Jamboree facility. There will also be representatives from a number of Asia-Pacific nations, including Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan.

Yogi witnesses a unique skycycling and ziplining adventure demonstration.

The chief minister was pleased to see a unique exhibition of ziplining and sky cycling. Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh, State Chief Commissioner of Scouts and Guides Prabhat Kumar (retired IAS), and Lucknow DM Vishak G were with him.

The enormous exhibition space exhibiting Uttar Pradesh’s culture, technology, and handicrafts will be a top draw. The state’s inventiveness and entrepreneurship will be on display at more than 100 stalls, including ODOP, robotics and electronics exhibits, and NEDA’s Solar Pavilion. The experience will be enhanced by a planetarium, an AI zone, and food and cultural attractions from Varanasi, Bundelkhand, and other parts of the state.

Additionally, special mobile towers are being set up so that cadets can stay in touch with their families while they are there. According to a spokeswoman, the Jamboree is becoming a memorable event for both the participants and the city because of the convergence of cultural pride and economic advancement.

16 German hangars, 600 water tanks, 30 RO points, more than 2,200 restrooms, 100 kitchens, and four central kitchens are being installed on campus to make the arrangements easier. These facilities will supply food to thousands of people every day.
