India wants equal, friendly ties with all nations and invites global investors, says VP Radhakrishnan at CII Summit, highlighting reforms and fast growth.

Visakhapatnam : VP Radhakrishnan stated that India does not dictate to any nation and does not want to be dictated to. Additionally, he stated that India aspires to treat all nations equally and is always “very” amicable with them.

“What makes us so great is that we never seek to dictate terms to anyone. We never want to… (be dictated) by anybody, for example. We wish to develop together and support one another. That is the best Indian policy. India is welcoming to everyone and is expanding at the same time. Indeed, we must all develop together while defending one another’s interests rather than at the expense of others,” he stated.

Here during the CII Partnership Summit, the vice president was giving a speech.

Speaking on India’s business climate, he stated that the federal government has implemented a number of policies to entice foreign capital.

Since the Center is implementing changes in every area, including infrastructure, taxation, and labor legislation, doing business in India is becoming easier.

“I have no doubt that this is the ideal moment for you to make investments in the world’s fastest-growing economy. You’ve arrived at the ideal moment. “You’ve arrived at the ideal location,” he added.

The vice president went on to say that sectors like renewable energy, the blue or green economy, and food processing have enormous potential.

According to him, digital infrastructure has improved transparency, made doing business easier, and decreased transaction costs in India.

According to Radhakrishnan, the country is becoming a dependable and effective partner in the international trading system as a result of these actions.

He added that environmental protection is necessary along with progress, saying, “I am confident that we are going to be sooner, may be in a year or two, India is going to be the third largest economy in the world.”

“We want to grow, but at the same time we have to protect the environment, we never go back from our commitments,” he stated.

He added that the government of Andhra Pradesh is also making efforts to draw in investments.

It’s “creating an atmosphere where investors feel very safe and they feel that ease of doing business is not on paper but in practice,” he said.
