Alphabet reports its first $100B quarter in Q3 2025, powered by AI, YouTube, and Cloud growth, says CEO Sundar Pichai during earnings call.
According to Sundar Pichai, CEO and Director of Alphabet, the parent company of Google, the business has achieved its first quarter of $100 billion, driven by robust double-digit growth in all of its verticals, including YouTube, cloud, and search.

With AI revenue serving as a major driver, Cloud delivered again another fantastic quarter of rapid growth. At $155 billion, the cloud backlog increased 46% from quarter to quarter. “And we surpassed $300 million in paid subscriptions, driven by growth in YouTube Premium and Google One,” Pichai stated.
According to him, AI Mode, which was introduced in 40 languages worldwide and currently has over 75 million daily active users, shipped 100 product enhancements in Q3, and is already contributing to the company’s Search vertical’s incremental growth in total queries.
