Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann invites President, PM & state CMs to grand events honoring Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s 350th martyrdom anniversary at Anandpur Sahib.
Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Chief Minister of Punjab, will officially invite Droupadi Murmu, the President of India, and Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister, to a number of events being held by the state government to mark the 350th martyrdom day.
The Chief Minister will invite these important people to take part in the memorial festivities on behalf of the state government, according to an official spokesperson. He stated that the Chief Minister would send both the President and the Prime Minister a comprehensive official schedule of activities and ask them to come when it is convenient for them. The state government will handle all of the logistics and security for this big event so that everyone who attends will have a great time.

Under the direction of the Chief Minister, the state government has already planned a variety of events around the state to honor this once-in-a-lifetime occasion in a proper way. On the 350th Martyrdom Day of the “Hind Di Chadar” (Protector of India), Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji, the Punjab Government will hold great and historic festivities. The state administration will organize these activities with great care and regard. Most of the festivities will take place on the holy territory of Sri Anandpur Sahib.
The main message of the events will be to get people to follow the high ideals of secularism, humanism, and the spirit of sacrifice that the Ninth Guru Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji preached and lived by. He gave his life to protect the right to worship freely and uphold human rights along with secular values. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji’s ultimate sacrifice was one of a kind in human history and stood for the fight against injustice, tyranny, and persecution. The Bani of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji in Sri Guru Granth Sahib talks about how all people are one, how we are all brothers and sisters, and how we should be brave, honest, and kind.
The state government is putting on these activities to honor the great Sikh Guru and encourage people to live by his teachings. The life and teachings of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji are a guiding light for all people. These events will help keep this great heritage alive and strengthen the values of peace, brotherhood, and communal harmony. The objective of these gatherings is to make sure that the great Guru Sahib’s wonderful legacy lives on in future generations.

In the meantime, the state’s several ministers have been given the job of inviting the chief ministers of all the states in the country. On Thursday, Harbhajan Singh ETO, the PWD Minister, and Barinder Goyal, the Water Resources Minister, invited Karnataka Chief Minister Siddharamaiah to come to the occasion on behalf of Bhagwant Singh Mann.
