Haryana’s Bhu-Mitra WhatsApp Chatbot offers instant access to revenue services, complaints, and updates—empowering citizens with transparent governance.
The Bhu-Mitra WhatsApp Chatbot is making it easier and faster to get services from Haryana’s Revenue Department. Long lines and complicated bureaucratic processes are becoming a thing of the past. This new digital assistant is transforming how people connect with the government in a big way. It makes important services available on any mobile phone right away.
Dr. Sumita Misra, Haryana’s Financial Commissioner Revenue, called Bhu-Mitra an important step toward governance that is easy to understand and use. She said, “This chatbot gives people power by making government services easy to reach.” “Anyone can get information, file a complaint, or check the status of an application with just a few taps on WhatsApp, anytime, anywhere.”

The Bhu-Mitra chatbot has five main functions: Revenue Services, Demarcation Services, Lodge Complaint, Know Complaint Status, and Public Information Access. The system works in both Hindi and English, so everyone may use it easily. You can reach the Bhu Mitra chatbot at 9593300009.
The Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini, who started the project, said that Bhu-Mitra shows Haryana’s dedication to government that is focused on the people and devoid of corruption. The system is set up to give services rapidly and directly to individuals, which means that middlemen are no longer needed.
Dr. Misra said that one of the most important things about the chatbot is that it can talk to people on its own. Citizens get all information and responses instantly through WhatsApp and SMS, so they don’t have to go to the office or contact back. This guarantees that services will be delivered on time, without paper, and in a way that is clear. This is proof of the state’s goal for a Digital Haryana.
