Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has stated that India’s spiritual consciousness is the foundation of its fundamental identity and that no force can prevent the country from becoming a global leader if its citizens remain devoted and nationally conscious.

Adityanath emphasized the importance of India’s ancient traditions, temples, and spiritual institutions in uniting the nation during his address at the Prabuddhjan Samvad Sangam on National Unity and Social Harmony at the Siddhpeeth Shri Hathiaram Math in Ghazipur.

He lauded the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, characterizing it as more than a religious symbol; it is a beacon of India’s spiritual resurgence. “We have never asserted that Hindus are exclusively those who visit temples, and those who do not are not Hindus,” he stated when discussing the inclusive nature of Sanatan Dharma. Our tradition is inclusive of all individuals.
