Bigg Boss 19 contestant Abhishek Bajaj calls ex-wife Akanksha Jindal a “fame digger” in official statement amid infidelity allegations.

Akanksha Jindal, the ex-wife of “Bigg Boss 19” contestant Abhishek Bajaj, accused him of adultery. In response, the actor referred to her as a “fame digger” in a statement that his team posted.

“I never thought I would have to write something like this, but as advised by my team, I feel it’s important for my own safety and peace of mind especially when I am in the Bigg Boss house,” Abhishek wrote in the note he wrote before entering Salman Khan’s reality program. It never occurred to me that my history might be brought into the present. It will be extremely upsetting to witness a “fame digger” who I once loved deeply attempt to damage my character and image for a brief moment of fame after years of silence and separation.

“To overcome that dark period of my life, to recover, and to rebuild my career on my own terms, it has taken me tremendous courage and strength,” he continued. I’ve worked hard and been honest in every move I’ve made. It is upsetting and incredibly unfair to have that questioned or attacked in such a flimsy and shameful way.

“I want to say this with folded hands to the media and the viewers — please don’t give space or importance to such baseless attempts that only aim to destroy someone’s dignity,” he said, requesting that everyone refrain from talking about his personal life when he is not present to offer his side of the story. Let’s avoid spreading negativity under the pretense of “news,” especially when I’m not around to return it.

Although Abhishek and Akanksha Jindal were married in 2017, they parted ways in 2020.
