Xiaomi is stepping up its after-sales support in India by launching new service centres in 15 additional cities by the first quarter of 2026. This move is part of the company’s broader plan to establish 100 service centres nationwide, extending access to faster and more specialised customer support across the country.

New Service Centres Rollout

The first phase of expansion began with service centres opening in:

  • Ludhiana and Indore on January 29, 2026

  • Visakhapatnam, Surat, and Lucknow on January 30, 2026

The remaining centres will be gradually opened throughout the first quarter of 2026.

Features of Xiaomi’s New Service Centres

Xiaomi says the upcoming centres will offer more than just repair services. Key features include:

  • Faster repair turnaround

  • Dedicated technical staff

  • Paperless service processes

  • Interactive demo areas for products

  • On-site product exploration and purchase

The centres will also host weekly community events, branded as Xiaomi Days, every Wednesday.

Discounts and Special Benefits

Customers can expect several perks:

  • 30% service discount for women

  • Lifetime service charge waivers for defence personnel and people with disabilities

Limited-time offers will include:

  • Up to 50% discount on select spare parts

  • Free screen protectors for select devices, while supplies last

Performance Highlights of Existing Centres

Xiaomi shared its 2025 service performance, noting:

  • 95% of devices repaired and returned within 24 hours

  • Repeat visits below 1%

  • Customer escalations under 0.5%

The Wednesday Xiaomi Days helped over 5,000 customers, offering free out-of-warranty services and complimentary device health checks. Premium Service Centres provide priority repairs within 24 hours and even offer standby devices if repairs take more than two hours.

With this expansion, Xiaomi aims to enhance customer experience, reduce wait times, and make after-sales service more accessible to users across India.
