Samsung launches Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Pro & Book6 at CES 2026 with Intel Core Ultra 3, AI tools, 30-hour battery & Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays.
The Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6 were unveiled by Samsung Electronics at CES 2026. According to the corporation, the new series emphasizes improved performance, AI-driven productivity, and a more streamlined appearance. The Galaxy Book6 series, which is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, is intended for consumers who require longer battery life, better multitasking, and speedier computing.
Samsung emphasized enhancements in AI features, cooling systems, screens, and computing power while keeping a small and lightweight design.
Samsung Galaxy Book6 Series Battery and Performance Information
The Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, which are based on Intel 18A technology, power the Galaxy Book6 series. According to Samsung, these CPUs offer better economy and noticeably higher CPU performance than the previous version.
AI functions like picture editing, translation, and intelligent search may operate directly on the smartphone thanks to the integrated NPU’s up to 50 TOPS.
In order to manage video editing, AI tasks, and gaming, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra is equipped with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 or 5060 laptop GPUs. Samsung changed the cooling system throughout the series to accommodate the hardware.

The Galaxy Book6 Pro employs a vapor chamber for the first time, but the Ultra variant has a bigger vapor chamber, better airflow, larger fins, and an upgraded fan structure to control heat while lowering noise.
Additionally, battery performance was emphasized. Up to thirty hours of movie playback are rated for the Galaxy Book6 Ultra and Pro. According to Samsung, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra can be charged to 63 percent capacity in 30 minutes thanks to fast charging.
AI Features, Display Improvements, and Design Modifications for the Galaxy Book6
Samsung has included Galaxy AI capabilities in all of its Galaxy Book6 models. To help with writing, manipulating images, and managing files, there are tools like AI Select, AI Cut Out, Note Assist, and natural language search.
Connectivity with Galaxy smartphones and tablets is made possible via cross-device technologies like Storage Share, Multi Control, Second Screen, and Link to Windows.
Dynamic AMOLED 2X screens with up to 1000 nits HDR brightness and adjustable refresh rates between 30 and 120 Hz are a feature of the Galaxy Book6 Ultra and Pro variants. To increase visibility outside, anti-reflective glass and Vision Booster are utilized. For durability, Corning Gorilla Glass DXC is used.
The Galaxy Book6 Pro 16-inch is 11.9 mm thick, whereas the Galaxy Book6 Ultra is 15.4 mm thick. Additionally, Samsung emphasized Knox-based security, Dolby Atmos support, and speaker enhancements. Beginning in late January 2026, the Galaxy Book6 series will be offered in a few markets.
