New Delhi: Xiaomi has officially expanded the availability of its latest wearable, the Redmi Watch 6, launching it in several global markets beyond China, including Poland, Romania, and Thailand. The smartwatch was first introduced in China in October 2025 and is now gradually reaching international users.
The global rollout of the Redmi Watch 6 marks Xiaomi’s continued push in the wearable technology segment. The device is being offered in two variants — the standard Redmi Watch 6 and the Redmi Watch 6 NFC version. However, the NFC model is currently limited to select regions such as Poland.
Pricing and Availability of Redmi Watch 6
The pricing of the Redmi Watch 6 varies across markets. In Poland, it is priced at approximately Rs 10,000, while in Romania it costs around Rs 9,600. In Thailand, the smartwatch is available for nearly Rs 8,200. The Redmi Watch 6 NFC variant is slightly more expensive, priced at around Rs 11,000.
Although Xiaomi has not officially confirmed the India launch date, industry expectations suggest that the Redmi Watch 6 may soon enter the Indian market, given the company’s strong presence in the wearable segment in the country.
AMOLED Display and Premium Design
One of the key highlights of the Redmi Watch 6 is its large 2.07-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 432×514 pixels. The screen supports a smooth 60Hz refresh rate and offers peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits, ensuring clear visibility even in bright outdoor conditions.
The smartwatch features a premium design with 2.5D curved glass, ultra-slim bezels, and an impressive 82% screen-to-body ratio. It also supports an always-on display along with multiple customizable watch faces for users.
Fitness and Health Tracking Features
The Redmi Watch is designed for fitness enthusiasts, offering support for more than 150 sports modes. It can automatically detect up to six common workout activities, making it highly convenient for users.
On the health monitoring front, the smartwatch includes heart rate tracking, SpO2 (blood oxygen) monitoring, sleep analysis, and stress tracking. It is equipped with advanced sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor to deliver accurate health and activity data.
With its global expansion, the Redmi Watch 6 strengthens Xiaomi’s position in the smartwatch market, combining style, performance, and advanced health tracking features in an affordable package.
