Depending on their business requirements, businesses may implement several kinds of AI agents, according to Gibbons’ prediction that “we will see a range of A365 licenses for different roles.”

João Ferreira, another administrator, also affirmed that these AI agents will have their own Teams accounts, email addresses, enterprise directories, and even a spot in the organizational chart. This suggests that Agentic Users will participate actively in the corporate environment as digital participants rather than only serving as background instruments.
