How Gemini Works Inside Chrome
With the Gemini in Chrome India launch, users can access the AI assistant by clicking the sparkle icon labelled “Ask Gemini” located at the top of the Chrome browser.
Once activated, the side panel opens and allows users to interact with the AI while browsing. Gemini can also analyse information from multiple tabs, helping users find answers faster.
Another interesting feature included in the Gemini in Chrome India launch is Nano Banana 2 support, which allows users to generate or edit images directly within the side panel. The AI can even modify images present on a webpage without requiring users to upload them manually.
