Yogi Adityanath announces FastPass system in UP: Apply online for home and commercial building map approval quickly and easily.

The Uttar Pradesh government of Yogi Adityanath has now made the announcement. People will now be allowed to pass the map of their home, according to the authorities. They must apply online for this, and the house’s map will be authorized in a matter of minutes. Due to the implementation of the fast track system Fast Pass under the new building bylaws, individuals will no longer need to visit the development authority’s office.

You must register online on the platform.

Prathyesh Kumar, vice-president of the LDA, claims that the FastPass system will allow users to obtain maps of residential and commercial buildings with a maximum space of 30 to 100 square meters. Individuals must apply online for this by visiting map.up.gov.in. Prior to submitting an online application, you must register using your mobile number. You can apply online and pass the map by paying the charge after you have your user ID and password.

Prathamesh Kumar claims that in order to pass the house or shop’s online map, the land must be used in accordance with the master plan. When applying, you must specify the precise location of the home or business. It will also be necessary to provide the width and length of the surrounding roads. Information about the front side, height, covered area, entry and exit gates, and parking will need to be provided. The map will be accepted if all the information is accurate.
